Pav bhajji


Ingredients for Bhajji:

potato - 2 big (skin peeled & boiled )

cauliflower- 1 (boiled)

peas- 1 small cup(boiled)

giner& garlic- 2 tbsp

onion finely chopped - 1(big)

tomato finely chopped -2

green chilles -3 to 4 chopped

red chilli powder -1 tbsp

cumin powder -1 tbsp

pav bhajji masala - 2 tbsp

turmeric powder - 1/2 sp

color powder a pinch

salt to taste

butter - 2 or 3 tbsp


Bhajji preparation:


Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds , when it splatters add ginger & garlic to it sauate for few mins till its raw flavour goes off and add onions to it fry till slight gold brown now add tomatoes to it fry well .once the tomatoes are cooked well add the turmeric,red chill powder ,cumin powder, pav bhajji masala, color powder ,salt to taste . then add the boiled vegetables (potato,peas,cauliflower) mash them well and add water 1 cup to it cover the pan with lid in a slow sim cook for 6 to 10 mins .finally the sauce is thick just add the butter and coriander leaves to garnish it .


Heat a butter in a pan toast the pav breads both side till slight golden brown . serve hot with bhajji



chicken 65


Ingredients for frying chicken :


chicken-250 gms( cut in to small pieces , buy boneless breast chicken)

Ginger&Garlic - 1 tbsp

Egg-1

Ajino motto a pinch

Pepper powder - 1tbsp

corn flour -2 tbsp

salt to taste


Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and fry the chicken in hot oil til it becomes slight golden brown (chicken is done)


chicken 65 masala:


chopped ginger: 2 tbsp

chopped garlic :2 tbsp

chopped green chillies: 6 to 7

chopped curry leaves few

ginger&garlic paste :1tbsp (optional)

garlic-chilli paste: 3 tbsp (available in market)

red chilli powder -1tbsp

cumin powder- 1tbsp

ajino motto a pinch

color powder a pinch

cumin seeds : 1/2 sp

salt to taste

water


how to prepare :


Heat oil in pan add cumin seed when it splatters add chopped garlic , ginger ,green chilli & curry leaves fry it then add red chilli powder ,cumin powder , ajino motto, color powder &salt sauate for few mins ,add garlic -chilli paste to it & fry well add little water to it .. finally add the fired chickens and toss it .now serve hot chicken 65 with chopped onions and sliced lemon .
