Pav bhajji


Ingredients for Bhajji:

potato - 2 big (skin peeled & boiled )

cauliflower- 1 (boiled)

peas- 1 small cup(boiled)

giner& garlic- 2 tbsp

onion finely chopped - 1(big)

tomato finely chopped -2

green chilles -3 to 4 chopped

red chilli powder -1 tbsp

cumin powder -1 tbsp

pav bhajji masala - 2 tbsp

turmeric powder - 1/2 sp

color powder a pinch

salt to taste

butter - 2 or 3 tbsp


Bhajji preparation:


Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds , when it splatters add ginger & garlic to it sauate for few mins till its raw flavour goes off and add onions to it fry till slight gold brown now add tomatoes to it fry well .once the tomatoes are cooked well add the turmeric,red chill powder ,cumin powder, pav bhajji masala, color powder ,salt to taste . then add the boiled vegetables (potato,peas,cauliflower) mash them well and add water 1 cup to it cover the pan with lid in a slow sim cook for 6 to 10 mins .finally the sauce is thick just add the butter and coriander leaves to garnish it .


Heat a butter in a pan toast the pav breads both side till slight golden brown . serve hot with bhajji
